COVID-19 Safety Precautions

Our community and nation continue to respond to the unique challenges COVID-19 has presented. We want to update you on our office and the steps we take to keep our patients and our team healthy. Our orthodontic team is, and has always been, highly trained to manage infectious risk on a daily basis. As we navigate this developing environment, we have implemented protocol in coordination with CDC recommendations to keep our team and patients safe.

Our office procedures have changed and will include the following: 

Team:

• Every team member will be subject to the same protocols as the patients. 

Protocol for Visits:​

• If the patient has experienced any fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, or has been around or tested positive for COVID-19, please call to reschedule before showing up for the appointment.

• Surgical Air Purifiers are being used in both office locations to keep the air clean and pure.
